I've had the unique experience of being immersed in both modern and traditional approaches to health. Raised in Maine, USA, I entered the surf industry at 15 and went on to live and work in rural Latin American, Hawaiian, and Caribbean communities, where I was exposed to deeply rooted traditions around health, the body, land, and ocean.

Today, I draw on those experiences, my certifications, my passion for medical anthropology, and the ocean in my work with clients navigating chronic illnesses and life.

I use traditional medicine practices to complement modern medical care, helping clients with complex health and wellbeing issues while remaining grounded in evidence-informed medicine.
